Velværd kan finde på mange forskellige måde. Det kan man både være igennem kreativitet, træning, personlig pleje og meget andet. Det kan også være rigtig plejende for kroppen og hovedet, når man omgiver sig selv med smukke ting. Blomster giver haven et rigtig flot udseende, og det kan være med til at løfte humøret hos mange.
